

Healthy Green Protein Smoothie

none 16 oz soy milk
3-4 large kale leaves
1 tsp. Aunt Patty’s whole brown flax seeds, ground (a coffee grinder works well!)
1 banana, frozen and cut into chunks
1 heaping scoop SoyBee protein powder(contains bee pollen and royal jelly)
1 tablespoon GloryBee Honey, any variety
1 tsp. Aunt Patty’s Grade A Cinnamon
Liquefy in a blender until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!
