

Almond Berry Cream Tart

Crust Ingredients
- 3/4 cup roasted crushed almonds
- 1/2 cup (8 squares) graham cracker meal
- 1/2 cup Aunt Patty's Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, liquefied
- 1 tsp organic vanilla extract
- 8" springform pan
Crust Instructions
Combine ingredients and press into pan. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Bake 10 minutes and cool completely.
Filling Ingredients
- 8 oz mascarpone cream cheese
- 1 cup organic powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp almond extract
Filling Instructions
Combine above ingredients in a bowl and beat until well mixed and setting up. Add additional cream if necessary to make spreadable. Spoon into shell and refrigerate 2 hours. Top with fresh berries before serving.
